All content on this Portal, including but not exclusive to the texts, photographs, graphics, images, logos, brands, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual, sound or any type of content, as well as the graphic design and source codes (hereinafter the “Content”) is the intellecutal and industrial property of Famosa or third parties whereby Famosa is the authorised licensor. No rights, of exploitation or any other, regarding the content are granted to any user who may access the Portal and its content (hereinafter, the “User”) beyond those strictly limited to the correct use of the Portal. The brands, marketing names or distinctive characteristics are the property of Famosa or third parties whereby Famosa is the authorised licensor. Under no circumstances will access to the Portal grant any right over the aforementioned brands, marketing names and/or distinctive characteristics.
Rules for Use of Portal
Browsing the Portal attributes the state of User and implies total acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in this Legal Notice with no exceptions and which are subject to modification.
The Portal User undertakes to use the Portal and the Content in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as any other conditions, rulings and instructions which may be applicable. These include, without limitation, prohibition of the User reproducing, copying, disseminating, sharing with third parties, publicly expressing, transforming or modifying the Content, except in cases authorised by Law or expressly authorised by Famosa or the owner of the exploitation rights where appropriate. Access to the Portal does not imply the obligation on the part of Famosa to ensure the absence of viruses or any other harmful computer feature. In all cases, it is the responsibility of the User to have suitable tools in place for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs. Famosa will not be held responsible for any damage caused to computer systems of Users or third parties incurred while providing the Portal service.

In the event that the Portal includes technical devices for links, directories or even search items which allow the User to access deifferent pages or Web portals (hereinafter, “Linked Sites”), and so long as those Linked Sites do not correspond to web pages which belong to Famosa (where in such cases, express notification will be provided in the corresponding “legal notice” or “rules of use” published on said Linked Sites belonging to Famosa), the following provisions will be applicable.
With regard to the Linked Sites, Famosa will not be held responsible for the content and services provided in the Linked Sites. Famosa is not aware of the content and services of the Linked Sites and therefore cannot be held responsible for any damage arising from the unlawfulness, quality, out-of-date character, unavailability, error or uselessness of the content and/or services of the Linked Sites or any other damage which is not the direct responsibility of Famosa.
Under no circumstances will the existence of Linked Sites mean the existence of agreements with those responsible for or the owners of these sites, nor does it imply the recommendation, promotion or identifaction of Famosa with statements, content or services provided on the Linked Sites.
In the event that the User or any other Internet user becomes aware that the Linked Sites lead to pages which offer unlawful, harmful, denigrating, violent or immoral content or services, they can contact Famosa to inform of such matters including the following information:
Personal details of the person notifying: name, address, telephone number and email address;
Description of the issues which are unlawful or inappropriate on the Linked Site;
In the event of any rights infringement, such as intellectual or industrial, the personal details of the rights holder, whenever this is a different person to the one making the notification. Furthermore, proof of ownership must be provided which accredits the rights holder and, where appropriate, the authorisation to act on behalf of the rights holder when it is a different person to the one making the notification;
Express statement that the information contained in the complaint is correct.
Reception on behalf of Famosa of the notification established in this clause will not mean the effective knowledge of the activities and/or content included in the notification.
Legislation
This Legal Notice is governed in each of its points by Spanish law.
